I had an excellent stay at the hotel, great customer service, ambience very calm and neat. Staff were very friendly and always ready to help whenever you needed them. Proximity to major places was also a key criteria for me which made it easy. Their drivers are always willing to take you around without complaining.

Thanks to the F&B manager the Chef Santosh the front desk team, Ms Anita and the driver who came to pick me and drop to the airport. Everyone made all efforts to make my stay right from the airport to the hotel to the room to the food and back, all so well Organized and courteous and welcoming. Well done team Neelkanth.

I had the most amazing time staying at Neelkanth Sarovar Premiere!! The service, food, and rooms were amazing. Richard and Abraham were the absolute best, I have never been somewhere and met people so kind and so invested in excellent service. This was my first time in Lusaka and I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else! This hotel is so amazing, I will always be looking for one everywhere I travel!!

The Hotel is a remarkable place to be at away from home. The place makes you relax and enjoy the ambience of the hotel. Very nice and look forward to visit again. The food is nice, the staff is amazing and very professional. I would recommend anybody to visit the hotel to experience the homely atmosphere at the Hotel. Its no longer a Hotel to me but my home away from Home

Excellent home away from home
The staff are very friendly and warm in approach. The facilities are great with lots of options including the fact that the room is fully equipped with all home facilities such as kitchen appliances etc. The gym has an instructor on duty at all times and steam room is an added bonus for the best start to the day. Overall I would recommend this hotel and I have already rebooked for next year, the best hotel on Lusaka hands down.

The room, food and service were all excellent. Check in and check out were handled efficiently. We particularly enjoyed the Indian food in the Copper Pot and compliments to the chef. All of the staff were pleasant and helpful. I look forward to my next stay at the Neelkanth Sarovar Hotel.
